How Camilo Began
Camilo started as a single question: “Why doesn't Ahmedabad have a specialty coffee shop that feels like home?”
In 2021, Arjun and Priya found their answer in a cozy corner of SBR, Thaltej. They brought precision brewing, seasonal menus, and a philosophy rooted in warmth and community.
Four years and 1,000+ regulars later — the dream is very much alive. And there's still so much more to brew.
